As an experienced Sales Enablement Leader for over 20+ years, I’m doing what has always come naturally for me—helping others find the strength and knowledge they need to succeed. Working with Fortune 1000 companies leading global sales enablement programs and spearheading sales initiatives and teams, I’ve been able to create an entirely new perspective on the art of selling. The key ingredients for success involve two things, “respect” and “self-esteem.”

Because I was given these gifts as a foundation for growth from my own parents, I know how to communicate this perspective to others, allowing them to experience elevated sales efficiency and effectiveness in an entirely new and rewarding way. A little more about Jim:

The third of four boys in a close-knit Italian family, Jim learned early that in order to avoid being lost somewhere in the crowd, he needed to be the best at what he did to stand out and be heard. Jim became the family negotiator; the one who felt it was his responsibility to balance any drama or conflicts. As the middle-child mediator, he saw that working together respectfully as a team strengthened the dynamics faster and more effectively than anything else. Later, participating in team sports—in particular basketball—he discovered his natural skills as a leader, rallying his teams, while also firing up the crowds with his contagious enthusiasm.

Dan Reynolds

I met Danny almost 2 years ago and it instantly felt like I had known him all my life— he has that type of personality and character. I’m thrilled that Danny has joined Stimare’s Board of Directors. His 25+ years of successful sales experience as both a sales person and sales executive make him the perfect choice to serve as the “Voice of the Customer” on the board. We’ll look to Danny to validate that the services we are providing will resonate with the sales force and sales leaders of today. Here are some brief details on Danny’s background:
- Hired directly out of college by the global technology company, NCR as a sales person. He spent 5 years selling for them and earned numerous sales awards including 4 out 4 Century President Club Awards.
- After NCR he spent 17 years with Checkpoint where he continued to gain promotions moving from a National Account Manager, to Regional Sales Manager, to Vice President Western Sales Region, to Managing Director Integrated EAS Labels.
- Currently Danny serves as the Vice President of Sales for USS Corporation and has held this position for 3 years.

Debra Augustine

I met Debbie in early 1980 and we developed a friendship that still continues. I’ve always admired Debbie’s professional capabilities and am honored that someone with her success is willing to provide knowledge and expertise to the success of Stimaré. Our team will look to Debbie for thoughts and insights on how to run a company and how to be an effective CEO/Founder. Here is a brief background on Debbie:
- With more than 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, ten of them as the owner of her own agency, Augustine & Associate/CEI, Debbie has built her reputation on extraordinary, mind-blowing creative, thinking way-out-of-the-box balanced by unparalleled client service. Her warmth, honesty, commitment and tremendous sense of humor draw people to her wherever she goes.
- Because of her longevity in the advertising industry, it is truly hard to deny her effect on the business growth throughout Northern California and Nevada. Her shelves are filled with more than 36 MAME awards (Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence). Her company was also listed in the Business Journal as, “The Fastest Growing Company” and ranked 3rd largest agency in the Sacramento region with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Florida.
- A summa cum laude graduate from Sacramento State University, Debbie majored in Communications with a minor in Business.
With a growing staff now topping 50 talented leaders in the field, Debbie Augustine is proud to say that she has a team that can make anything happen.
Randal Watanabe

Who could go through life without a best friend? Since I met Randy in 1980, he has been my best friend and not much else needs to be said, but I must. Randy keeps me focused on why I started Stimaré and what I want Stimaré to represent. He’ll know when I’m on track with “showing-up” and when I am not “showing-up” the way I intend. Although this will be critical to me personally, Stimaré will leverage Randy’s knowledge of today’s youth and his connection to the next generation of young people. It is those young people who will form the sales force of tomorrow and Stimaré needs to be cognizant of the future, so that Stimaré will be an entity that survives multiple generations. Here is a brief background on Randy’s Career:
- 25+ years as an educator in the public school system at the Junior College and the High School levels. Randy’s primary focus centered on working in schools with a large diversity of ethnic groups and socio-economic classes.
- 25+ years as a athletic coach at all levels of competition; 10 of these years he was an Administrator and leader within the community as the Director of Athletics.
- 6 years in a leadership position managing all aspects of the San Francisco 49ers summer camp. These were the years the 49ers were winning World Championships.
Robert Bruno

Yes, Bob is my older brother and therefore he has known me for my entire life. Bio’s are usually about a person’s professional success and the type of contribution they could make to the success of the organization on a business level, but Bob’s primary focus on this Board is different. Stimaré is the Italian word for Esteem and Respect. It was chosen because the word “Respect” was a core value our parents believed they passed to their children. Respect is also a word key people in my life selected as something they thought I represented. The purpose for starting Stimaré is FAMIILY. I define family as those people that are directly related to you and those people that you simply treat as family because you care about each other. This is what our parents have passed to us and it is Bob’s focus to keep Stimaré on focus as it pertains to Esteem, Respect, and the family values our parents passed to us. Bob is the oldest of my three brothers and he has always carried the heaviest load and I know he will carry this task with the same class and dignity he has carried every other aspect of his life. Besides being my older brother and torch bearer of the family roots that will underpin Stimaré here are a few things he has done in his successful sales career:
- 26 years with Nurserymen’s Exchange. Founded 60 years ago, Nurserymen’s Exchange has grown to be one of America’s leading Wholesale Home & Garden companies.
- He spent the bulk of his career being the thought leader & executive driving Nurserymen’s Hard Goods Division. Under Bob’s leadership and direction this division grew to 40 sales people and represented a sizeable portion of Nurserymen’s revenue.
- Today, Bob is focused on the defined “House Accounts”. Those are a handful of the most important customers to Nurserymen’s Exchange.
- He has spent 8 years on the Advisory Board of the Super Floral Show which is the premier floral show in the industry.
- Recently received the Certificate of Excellence for Customer Service and this was in conjunction with the Produce Marketing Association Magazine naming Bob as the 2008 Heart & Soul of the Industry.
Key customers that have relied on Bob and his talents: Target, Walmart, Harry & David, Safeway, Super Value, Whole Foods, Raley’s, Savemart and Lucky’s.
